Ouch. I drank too much last night. And damn was it fun. It was the last night in Reno, which at this trade show means lots of hospitality suites (free food and booze). I have several really good friends that I have met because of this industry’s trade shows so the last night is always fun. An internet friend lives here in Reno and we had scheduled to meet Friday evening. Basically I drug Gina around to a few of these hospitality suites and made her drink more booze than she should off. She was phenomenal, tolerating our ramblings and encouraging our HNT photos. Honestly, the woman was so cool, talking with everyone and fitting in just fine. I think she might even now want a job in marketing. That is if when she wakes up her head doesn’t explode the way I think mine might.
I’m up way too early for all the alcohol that I consumed. Must get shower and packed because the last day of the trade show starts soon. I’m letting Gina sleep in as long as she can. Poor woman is probably freezing because I have the air conditioning cranked all the way down and the fan on high. Reno is a tad hot for me.
Ok, so you might want to be sure to stop back here on Thursday. There were some fun photos taken last night. I’m not sure I remember them all, but Gina promises to email em to me. Wheeeeeeeeee…

gina - hope we didn’t scare you off too much. everyone today said how great it was to have you come out and play. and of course we are all excited about pictures! hehe
p.s. good news is that i made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare…thanks again for the offer of a ride, though. if you are bored today let me know and my wubbie and my favorite canadian will buy you dinner and drinks!

kev!! - dude, you are quick. i can’t stress enough how bummed i am that we didn’t meet earlier in the show. you would have certainly added to the festivities and i would have loved to see the trouble we could have gotten your gorgeous self into with our camera. le rowl. and also? you give excellent hugs.

to all: at second airport (denver) and drinking another ketel one and tonic. apparently the cure to my hangover was simply to have a few bloody marys and sleep from reno to denver. i’m hoping a few more drinks and a plane from denver to pittsburgh will have me ready and raring to go for my sunday.
