Hate is a strong word, but in this case it is true. I hate lies. Which is why it always surprises me when someone accuses me of lying. For the most part I will do everything possible to avoid lying.

It takes more energy to invest in a lie than it ever takes to deal with the truth. That’s why I don’t bother with lying… I’m too dang lazy!

My voice gets all funny and my face gets all crooked when I lie so I’m a dead giveaway. Not only that the guilt justs eats away at me when I lie so why bother?
